Having been purchased off the plan, our brief was to ensure the layout was best suited for the owners’ requirements.
By removing the dividing wall between two living areas and installing a double sided fireplace the light is maximised. Then by moving the kitchen out of the living space, a more expansive and elegant living area is achieved with greater exposure to the outdoors.
