The popularity of the cottages at Larchfield inspired the search for a flexible function space which could be both a destination for residents for breakfast, as well as a place for experiential group events. The renovation of the old railway building seemed the perfect solution.

Unifying smaller spaces within the existing structure answered the operational needs.

The architectural aesthetic varies from anything else at Larchfield and interiors were designed in sympathy to this. Open beams, a cosy lounge area in front of the fire and dining tables create an informal, busy, yet relaxed atmosphere.
